Human Systematic Innovation Helix: Knowledge Management, Emotional Intelligence and Entrepreneurial Competency

This study analyzes the relationship between innovation capacity of Spanish companies through ability to obtain their information integration these three variables: knowledge management, emotional intelligence, and entrepreneurial competency executives. The questionnaires were distributed executives from different sectors activity. sample consists 241 hypothesis was examined by structural equation modeling. Regarding direct effects, testing result proves that management exerts a positive effect on Innovation, and, innovation. However, influence EI is not significant. indirect shows intelligence exert statistical Innovation at enterprises. paper contributes with both, scientific socio-economic impacts.
